Person-Centered Support

Services delivered directly to individuals, families, and people navigating the justice system.

Organizational Peer Support Development

Peer Support is one of the most powerful tools in behavioral health — because it comes from someone who has been there. Certified Peer Support Professionals with lived experience in the justice system, substance use, and mental health walk alongside individuals in their journey toward wellness.

  • One-on-one peer mentorship with certified PSP III professionals
  • Group peer support circles using Healing Circle methodology
  • Traditional Peer Support grounded in Alaska Native cultural values
  • Crisis stabilization support and warm hand-off to services

Re-entry Services

Re-entry is one of the highest-risk periods in a person's life. Without meaningful support, the likelihood of returning to the justice system is high. Our reentry services provide a structured bridge — connecting people to housing, family, community, and purpose as they return to life.

  • Pre-release planning and transition coordination
  • Housing stability support and resource navigation
  • Family reunification and relationship repair
  • Employment readiness and workforce connection
  • Ongoing community integration and follow-through

Justice Involved Case Management

True change cannot be mandated — it must be supported. Our justice-involved case management is built around the individual, not the system. Using the Communimetric Assessment framework, we identify needs and strengths across all three life domains and develop coordinated, culturally responsive support plans.

  • Individualized Healing Plan development using Communimetric Assessment
  • Multi-agency coordination across courts, corrections, and social services
  • Substance use and behavioral health navigation
  • Probation and parole compliance support
  • Long-term follow-up and accountability partnership

  • Full program design using Communimetric and Three Domains frameworks
  • Staff recruitment, training, and supervision structures
  • Outcome measurement and data reporting systems
  • Community advisory board development
  • Ongoing program evaluation and continuous improvement
